Due to the terms of the settlement between the United States Department of Justice and the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® has issued new listing contracts. These updated listing contracts are required as they implement a number of new fields that are now mandatory. You should also notice modifications to the Multiple Listing Service fields in order to accomodate the Virtual Office Websites or VOW's.
