Ocean View Help

Due to the terms of the settlement between the United States Department of Justice and the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® has issued new listing contracts.  These updated listing contracts are required as they implement a number of new fields that are now mandatory.  You should also notice modifications to the Multiple Listing Service fields in order to accomodate the Virtual Office Websites or VOW's.  The new listing contracts are available here and on http://www.floridarealtors.org .

A couple of minor issues have been reported with the forms, and we will be fixing these in the coming weeks.  When the new forms are available, we will once again make them available on the Ocean View Help website under the forms section. 

Please let us know if you find any problems with the forms.  We plan on updating a number of the Ocean View International Realty forms again soon to include minor fixes.
