New Listing Contracts Required!

Due to the terms of the settlement between the United States Department of Justice and the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® has issued new listing contracts. These updated listing contracts are required as they implement a number of new fields that are now mandatory. You should also notice modifications to the Multiple Listing Service fields in order to accomodate the Virtual Office Websites or VOW's. The new listing contracts are available here and on http://www.floridarealtors.org .

Top Ten Broker Yolanda Concepcion Invited to Meet Governor Charlie Crist

The leadership team of the Florida Association of Realtors recognizing Ocean View Int'l Realty, Inc. as one of the 10 largest real estate brokerages in the State of Florida, invited Yolanda Concepcion, President/Broker and Keith Blazek - General Manager to meet in Tallahassee, Florida. Yolanda Concepcion and Keith Blazek were able to meet with the FAR leadership team and Governor Charlie Crist to discuss issues relevant to Realtors across the state.
